Frequently Asked Questions
Most residential interlocking projects take between 3 and 7 days depending on the area size, pattern complexity, and weather conditions. A standard driveway typically takes about 5 days from excavation to final sealing.
Not when installed properly. We excavate to the correct depth, use multiple layers of compacted granular base, and install edge restraints to lock everything in place. This prevents shifting, sinking, and heaving -- even through Ontario winters.
Interlocking is very low maintenance. We recommend occasional sweeping, rinsing with a garden hose, and reapplying polymeric sand every few years. Optional sealing every 3–5 years keeps colours vibrant and prevents staining.
In most cases, yes. We work with all major paver brands available in Ontario and can often source matching or complementary pavers for repairs and extensions to existing installations.
